Quality Assurance

We are backed by an adroit quality assurance department. It is the responsibility of our quality assurance department to assure that only quality materials are dispatched to the customer. Its duty starts with the purchase of materials and lasts up to the dispatch of the final product. Even though the control lab personnel do the analysis of raw material, intermediate products, and final products, the quality assurance department independently overseas and if required, independently does the analysis of raw materials, intermediate products and final products. Assurance manager can only release the material for dispatch after complete checking. Before the release sanction is given, he will check the product for the specifications given in the Purchase order, quantity of dispatch, packing used, etc. Quality assurance department is independently reporting to the Chief Executive of the organization. Our customers are always our first priority. We have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all our operations at the plant and the quality assurance department ensures that procedures are adhered to. The batch numbering system ensures the traceability of our products across our production line. We make every effort to ensure our products are not only of the highest quality, but are produced following stringent safety protocols. The quality assurance department has procedures which start with evaluation of raw materials and lasts up to dispatch of finished goods. Even though the control lab personnel undertakes the analysis of raw material, intermediate products, and final products; the quality assurance department independently oversees and if required, checks the analysis.
